I have been a Mendon resident for most of my life. I also lived in Uxbridge and North Smithfield RI for a few years. Mendon has always been a special place to me and I enjoy sharing my town with others that enjoy it for the small town it is. In 2006 I opened Mendon Area Real Estate after being a Realtor for 13 years. My philosophy in Selling Real estate is do what has to be done to make this stressful process easier on the Client. We often have the opportunity to "do the right thing". In my business it isn't just talk. My wife Lynn is a Glass Artist (LynnSmithGlass.com.) We live with 4 Persian cats."Dogs have owners, cats have servants" In my previous life I had a furniture refinishing business, "The Mendon Stripper" and sold antiques. I am a huge Teddy Roosevelt fan. I love going to Jazz at Chans in Woonsocket with friends and clients and enjoying great music.I collect all sorts of local historical memorabilia and try to photograph what I think may be of future interest. My office is aso a glass art gallery.

I believe in being available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.There is nothing more frustrating to a Buyer or Seller than to call a Realtor and get an endless voicemail tree. I answer my phone! If I am not in the office it forwards to my cell. If I am on the line I will return your call immediatly.
